TRAVELERS INFORMATION

1. Bookings & Deposits

To confirm a booking, a deposit is required as follows:

• Tours: €60
• Transfers: €10
• One-way trips outside Attica: €50

The deposit is deducted from the total cost.

The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver, by:

• Cash
• Credit / Debit Card

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time:
  ✔ Full refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows:
  ✖ The deposit is non-refundable

3. Waiting Time

Complimentary waiting time:

• Airports: 60 minutes
• Ports / marinas: 25 minutes
• Hotels / accommodations: 15 minutes

After that:

• €8 per 15 minutes

4. Delays & No-Show

• No communication within waiting time = no-show
• Deposit is non-refundable
• Flight/ferry delays are covered only with timely notice

5. Route & Extra Charges

• Changes to route, stops, or duration may result in extra charges
• Additional stops, waiting, or detours are charged accordingly

6. Night Tariff Adjustment

• If delays extend the service into night hours, pricing may change
• Refusal to accept updated pricing = treated as no-show

7. Luggage Policy

• Standard luggage is included (up to vehicle capacity)
• Excess or special luggage (e.g. large equipment) must be declared in advance

8. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed
• Only certified assistance dogs are accepted with proper documentation

9. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers are responsible for their belongings
• Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged accordingly
• Cleanliness must be respected during the ride

10. Child Safety

• Child/booster seats are available upon request
• Responsibility for requesting them lies with the customer

11. Force Majeure

• No liability for delays due to:
  traffic, weather, strikes, road closures, or unforeseen events

12. Third-Party Services

• The company is not responsible for services provided by third parties
  (e.g. restaurants, wineries, archaeological sites, events)

13. Tailor-Made Services

• Custom experiences are designed upon request
• Pricing varies based on route, duration, and special requests

14. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, the customer accepts all terms above.
